Jenny has been actively involved in local and national dog rescue since 2005. She adopted her first dog, Sawyer, from All Dog Rescue in November 2007! From starting as a transport and home visit volunteer to fostering, coordinator/leadership positions, mentoring. fundraising and board leadership, Jenny brings years of experience to All Dog. Helping local animals is a passion of Jenny's and she has volunteered at numerous onsite vetting, support, and surrender clinics for some of MN's northern reservations. 

Jenny shares her Burnsville home with her husband Anthony and their son. 3 rescued dogs - Riley (adopted from All Dog in 2012), Archie (adopted 2013), and Jake (adopted 2021) compelte the family! Of course, there is often a foster dog in the mix. Jenny holds a senior position in Customer Success for a global backup and data protection organization. She has been working in the IT field for 17 years. 

Joy’s connection to All Dog Rescue began in 2007 with the adoption of their first dog, Aries, a moment that deeply touched her and sparked a desire to do more. The following year, she and her family opened their home as a foster family, and over the years have cared for more than 44 dogs, each leaving their own special mark. As Joy’s dedication grew, so did her involvement, making the transition from fostering to supporting All Dog through leadership and board service, a meaningful next step in giving back to the rescue. 

At home, Joy shares life with her spouse and three awesome dogs, each originally fostered through All Dog and later adopted into her family. Joy and her families' crew includes a senior chihuahua who was rescued from a puppy mill and two young shepherd-mix dogs who arrived as puppies. 

Joy remains deeply committed to rescue work and continues to bring compassion, experience, and heart to the All Dog team.
